29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Residential construction site at Burrow Circle, Fox Run Village Subdivision:  The controlling and correcting employer, Holland Homes, LLC failed to ensure subcontracted employees of Tidy and Wonder, LLC were utilizing fall protection  to prevent falls over 10 feet to a dirt surface while applying roofing paper over roof decking on a steep roof with a 16/12 pitch.
