Employees performed maintenance of buses. The buses were raised using auto lifts during maintenance. Employees were exposed to mechanical, electrical, and potential energy sources of the raised buses. The LOTO procedure was last inspected 1/15/2020. This condition exposed employees to uncontrolled energy hazards. (b) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. Employees and contractors performed maintenance of a Champion Advantage air compressor. The air compressor had electrical and pneumatic energy sources. Employees used Zep DZ-7 Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner to disinfect surfaces. The disinfectant was placed in spray bottles for use. The secondary containers were not provided with labels nor were they marked with the identification or hazard information of the contents. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard. SDSs for chemicals stored or used at the office building were not accessible in the office building. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
