29 CFR  1926.307(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts where both runs were 7 feet (2.128 m) or less from the floor level and were 42 inches (106.68 cm) or less from the floor were not fully enclosed:  a) At the inspection site on or about February 25, 2021, employees were exposed to amputation and caught -in hazards when operating a Hitachi air compressor without enclosing the belt.
