29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.   (a) On or about February 24, 2021, at the blanker number four (4) machine (Drusula 1200S - Serial #10315), the employer did not insure lockout procedures specifically outlined steps for isolating/blocking feed rollers during the removal of jammed paper. This exposed employees to crushing hazards and amputation injury created by feed rollers ingoing nip point.
