1910.28(b)(1)(i)  (1) Unprotected sides and edges.  (i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following:   29 CFR  1910.28(b)(15): Walking-working surfaces not otherwise addressed. Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of this part, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking working surface 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one of the systems listed in 1910.28(b)(15)(i)-(iii).  a) On the roof of the residential building, located at 2600 SW Williston Rd, Gainesville FL: On or about March 10, 2021, the  employer exposed the employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while cleaning gutters walking and standing less than 2 feet from the edge of the roof.
