29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a - On or about March 25, 2021, at the Line 14A located at 5003 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA, employees performing service and maintenance on the Vac-U-Max #1 used to manufacture food packaging products were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that no procedures were developed or utilized to control the pneumatic pressure and electrical energy sources.
