29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Loading and unloading dock area: On or about March 29, 2021, there were four instances of fire extinguishers missing where fire extinguisher signage was posted, one instance of a blocked fire extinguisher, and one instance of a fire extinguisher not mounted, possibly prolonging employee exposure to the products of combustion.
