29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 4/6/21, at the roof area of the site, Sanborn, NY. Employee, working on a 5 in 12 steep roof's rake metal and cap, was not protected from a fall hazard. Employee was exposed to a fall of 16 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
