29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 605 Venture Dr, Morgantown, On or about 4/13/2021, employees were performing roofing work on the roof of a 3-story building without fall protection, exposing employees to falls of approximately 35 feet.
