1910.132(d)(1)  The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall:   a.)  On or about April 14, 2021, an Employees were assigned duties in the parking lot outside of the employer's warehouse without a hazard assessment being conducted prior to the assignment of said duties.
