29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report an employee's in-patient hospitalization, as a result of a work-related incident, to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) Tri-Lift NJ Inc./1471 Jersey Ave/North Brunswick, NJ 08902 - On 3/23/2021 an employee suffered injury to his left hand while working at a customer site, resulting in hospitalization. Notification of the worker injury was not made to OSHA within 24 hours of the occurrence. Condition noted on or about 03/23/2021.
