29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:   a.     Robins Air Force Base, 330 Richard Rey Blvd., Robins AFB, GA (Building 301) - An employee was exposed to fall hazard.   An employee was walking and working  in close proximity to an unguarded/unprotected skylight, while in the process of removing and replacing the metal roof and walking on various areas of the roof, exposing employee to a fall hazard of approximately 14'6" to ground level, on or about April 16, 2021.
