29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a) Worksite, 530 West John Street, Hicksville, New York 11801, Printing Room:  On or about April 16, 2021, an employee was exposed to amputations while operating an ICN-150 Inkcups Now Pad Printer Machine with exposed moving parts.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
