29 CFR  1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  a) Flour Department, Line #7, Rounder Divider - A sprocket wheel and chain were not enclosed and were measured at approximately 16 inches above the floor near the rounder divider, exposing employees to an amputation hazard, on or about April 24, 2021.
