29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: a) Jobsite located at 1004 Signal Hill Lane, Berwyn, PA.: The employer did not ensure that a guardrail was able to withstand without failure of at least 200 pounds of force to prevent employees from falling approximately 10 feet to the floor below. Condition noted on or about 5 MAY 2021.
