29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee was exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: (a) On or about 05/08/2021 - Woodyard Area, Motor Control Center Room, 480-Volt Electrical Shaker Screen Starter, employees were exposed to burn hazards when reenergizing the starter with the door open after installing new fuses.
