29 CFR 1926.200(a): Required signs and symbols were not visible when work was being performed: (a) MS HWY 178 near Iuka; On or about May 11, 2021, the employees were utilizing a bucket truck to remove wire hangers from overhead lines while working in the middle of the highway and had not established traffic control and were not utilizing signage for directing traffic, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
