29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about May 25, 2021 Location: 15 Dearman Cl Irvington NY, 10533 a) Employees did not utilize fall protection when engaged in framing activities that were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 foot fall to the floor below. b) a) Employees engaged in framing activities on first floor were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 foot fall to the ground due to not having a guardrail system for open area that is approximately 6 feet wide. c) Floor hole on first level of structure was not covered and labelled exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 12 foot fall to the floor of basement.
