Bay 6 was a full length repair pit where several technicians performed various maintenance tasks on semi trucks.  The bay 6 pit had grates that were periodically removed and no floor markings or warning lines in place which exposed employees to falls into the pit.  b) Travel Centers of America, LLC located at 940 SR 42 North, London, OH  43140:  On and preceding June 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure that floor markings or a combination of floor markings and warning lines were in place where employees worked near open repair pits that were approximately 50 inches deep.
