29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a. Rockies Rebar Reinforcement LLC., at 2797-2799 W 13th Ave., Denver CO 80204: On or before June 15, 2021, as the exposing, creating and correcting employer Rockies Rebar Reinforcement LLC did not ensure its and employees from All Phase Concrete and I-kota were protected from injury in that employees worked and walked around unguarded reinforcing steel protruding from concrete while performing work operations. This condition exposed employees to impalements.
