29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:   a) Springfield Way, Lot 1:  On or about 4/27/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that they were operating Bostitch nail gun(s) without eye protection while performing framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.   a) Springfield Way, Lot 1: On or about 4/27/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet above ground level, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to employee(s) who were throwing materials and observing activities from a window.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) Lot 1, Springfield Way:  On or about 4/27/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a stairrail system was not installed while  employees were utilizing stairs as an access point from the first to second floor.
