29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about July 8, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed.   a. On or about July 8, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was working from an A-Frame fiberglass ladder, which was leaned against the side of the building, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with falls of twelve (12') feet (6") six inches.
