29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about 6/24/2021 on the access road located at 758 Innovation Parkway Appling, GA employees were exposed to burn hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the dispensing 1000-gallon diesel tank unit located four feet off of the road was protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operated near the units.
