29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. In the liquid room, on or about June 29, 2021, employees were exposed injurious corrosive materials when diluting Perasan A, a chemical product used for sanitization of machine parts that contained hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and peroxyacetic acid; employees were not provided with an adequate eye wash station.
