29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person.  On or about July 17, 2021,  an employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet as the employer failed to perform regular and frequent inspection of the roof area at the jobsite.
