29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Rigidply Rafters - The employer did not ensure that the procedures were developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy for equipment including  hydraulic pumps and Mann-Russell electronic generator,  exposing employees to electrical hazards hazards on or before April 16, 2021.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a) Rigidply Rafters - The employer did not conduct annual  periodic inspections of the energy control procedures and the employees utilizing the procedures on equipment such as but not limited to the Mann- Russell electronic generator, beam presses and  Lam stacker exposing employees to hazards related to the unexpected start up or release of stored energy,  on or about April 16, 2021.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
