29 CFR  1926.754(a):Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process.  On or about 5/06/2021 workers at the Extra Space Storage construction project were exposed to crushing injuries due to the employer's failure to maintain the structural stability of the angle iron floor supports which resulted in a floor collapse.
