29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure.   On or about August 3, 2021 at jobsite located in 515 S. Rex Blvd, Elmhurst, IL 60126, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet while engaged in framing activities in new residential structure.  Fall protection was not being utilized correctly while engaged in residential framing  activities.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
