29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):Employees must be able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors.  On or about July 6, 2021 employees ere exposed to burns and smoke inhalation because employer has not ensured employees can open an exit route  door without keys, tools, or special knowledge.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  On or about August 10, 2021 employees are exposed to burns and smoke inhalation in the event of a fire because the employer has not ensured that signs are posted to indicate the direction of travel to the nearest exit and the exit sign is not immediately apparent in all areas.
