29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about August 19, 2021, in the brewing tanks area, for employees engaged in the cleaning and sanitization of brewing tanks and parts using corrosive cleaners such as, but limited to, Sani-T-10, Lerapur283, Leracid m-MS 10 and Max-I-San. The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use.
