29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or about August 30, 2021, employees accessing the upstairs area of the office building wee exposed to slips, trips and falls due to stacks of papers, boxes of files and other paperwork stacked on the stairway, landings and upstairs hallways and office floors and the walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean and orderly condition.
