29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): Store: Employer did not ensure there were written certifications for all employees that had received powered industrial truck training, where the electric Yale forklift and pallet jack was used to unload delivery trucks and move products into the store. Trader Joe's East Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178 (l)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449648, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 20, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 350 Patriots Place, Foxborough, MA.
