A. Delaware River Stevedores-Balzano Marine Terminal, Camden, NJ: Employees were exposed to struck by hazard of lifting chain by standing within swing radius of lifting gear after such gear was disconnected from the cargo and in the process of being returned to the vessel by the crane. On or about March 26, 2021.  Among other feasible means of abatement, the following means of abatement would eliminate or substantially reduce the hazard:  1. .Designate an "unsafe work zone" beyond the swing radius of the lifting gear using cones or other visible markers and a.	instruct all personnel to be outside of the "unsafe work zone" prior to crane lifting lifting gear for return to vessel; b.	prior to operations, management will ensure that the "unsafe work zone" is properly set up and will monitor its compliance during the operation. 2. Implementation of other effective protection from swinging gear as determined by management and industry best practices
