(a) At the construction site on Edgewater Drive in Midway, GA - On September 13, 2021, employees are using concrete saws to cut pipes, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and kick-back hazards.  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to support the pipe to stabilize and prevent binding of the concrete saw circular blade.
