29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  a) 184 HWY 59 N, Miles City MT: On or about September 16, 2021, and at times prior, the employer failed to report a work related hospitalization within 24 hours of the injury occurring. The event occurred on September 16, 2021 at approximately 11:30 AM and OSHA was not notified until September 17, 2021 at 3:00 PM.
