29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) On or about September 9, 2021, in the vicinity of 3940 South 15th Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota. For the employee exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet while installing roof sheathing on the 4:12 pitch roof of the garage without fall protection.

(a) On or about September 9, 2021, in the vicinity of 3940 South 15th Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota. For the employees exposed to fall hazards of greater than 33 feet while installing floor decking material without fall protection.
