29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. On or about October 05, 2021, and times prior thereto:    a. In the wheat/flour area, employees were working and walking near the conveyor rollers of machine G (LP4) without a guard to protect the employees from the ingoing nip points between the conveyor and the rollers.  b. In the wheat/flour area, employees were working and walking near the conveyor rollers of machine H (LP5) without a guard to protect the employees from the ingoing nip points between the conveyor and the rollers.  c. In the corn area, employees were working and walking near reprocessing machine B (LC2) without a guard to protect the employees from the rotating auger.  d. In the corn area, employees were working and walking near reprocessing machine C (LC3) without a guard to protect the employees from the rotating auger.
