29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a)  Laundry Department: On or about 10/6/2021, access to the generator Heavy Duty Safety Switch electrical panel (200A, 600V~, 60 Hz, 250V) was obstructed by laundry carts and Porta Cool (portable cooler).  b)  Laundry Department: On or about 10/6/2021, access to dryer five General Duty Safety Switch electrical panel (3-Phase Disconnect / 60A, 240V~, 60 Hz) was obstructed by laundry carts.  c) Laundry Department: On or about 10/6/2021, access to dryer four General Duty Safety Switch electrical panel (3-Phase Disconnect / 30A, 240V~, 60 Hz) was obstructed by laundry carts.  d) Laundry Department: On or about 10/6/2021, access to dryer three General Duty Safety Switch electrical panel (3-Phase Disconnect / 30A, 240V~) was obstructed by laundry carts.
