29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):  Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about 10/12/2021, NW Exteriors' sub-contractor employees were installing siding on a residence located on lot 95 on Myatt Drive in Wentzville, MO.  NW Exteriors, the general contractor or controlling employer, did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  Employees were exposed to the following:  a)  The subcontractor was installing siding from pump jack scaffoldings on the side and rear of the residence approximately eleven to sixteen feet above the ground.  Neither the subcontractor nor the subcontractor's employee were protected from falling by utilizing guardrail or personal fall arrest systems.   b)  The pump jack scaffolding poles on the side and the rear of the residence were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent means at the bottom to prevent displacement.
