29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS)   a) Located at 751 3rd St. in Stone Mountain, GA; On or about October 12, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard at heights over 16 feet from ground level, in that they were accessing the roof of a residential structure with an extension ladder while carrying a solar panel (43 pounds with dimensions of 68 inches by 42 inches) impeding the employee's ability to maintain full control while climbing or descending the ladder.
