OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to pinch point/caught in hazards:   (a) Cone Conveyor(s) - On or about October 21, 2021  the employer did not have emergency stop devices along the length of  the cone  line conveyor(s) where employee work stations are located.

29 CFR  1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s):   (a)  Cone Line 5 - On or about October 19, 2021, the employer allowed employees  to remove chicken tenders that fall onto the chain of the cone line conveyer.  The employer did not post safety instructions warning employees of pinch point/caught in and moving parts hazards crated by the cone line conveyor exposing employees to caught in hazards.
