29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Residential worksite, Lot 314 Light Stream Lane, Billings, MT: On or about October 25, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 9 feet to the ground below, while installing sheeting on a residential roof without fall protection.
