This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Construction site: On or about November 3, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a two story framed residence roof were trained in understanding the skills for safe work practice. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.
