29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  JOB SITE:  Stone Ridge Plaza, 1155 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, MO  63085, on or about 11/9/92021, workers were observed on top of the commercial structure, a 4:12 pitch roof, approximately 10 feet, 11 inches eave to ground level, actively removing old roofing material, and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
