29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  (a)   This violation occurred on or about November 08, 2021, at the job site located at 1606 HavenBrook Drive, Forney, TX; where employees framing a new residential single family house while using Pneutools nail gun serial number 22X83H.   Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
