29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected. Employer is failing to ensure that flammable liquids, including but not limited to lacquer thinner and MEK, are not dispensed and/or transferred into containers without being properly electrically bonded. Low flashpoint flammable liquids are dispensed from the paint spray system into a plastic bucket and transferred between containers without proper bonding. This hazard was last observed on or about December 16, 2021.

29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(iii)(B)(2): The employer did not implement a change schedule for respirators not equipped with an End of Service Life Indicator based on objective information or data that would ensure cartridges were changed before the end of their service life: The employer is failing to ensure that the respirator cartridge change-out schedule is based on objective data such as sampling or modeling information. The painter wears a half-mask respirator with organic vapor cartridges during portions of his painting operations. The cartridges are changed solely on the basis of time worn. This hazard was last observed on or about December 16, 2021.
