29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Jobsite:  On or about 11/16/21, an employee was working on a roof of a residential home and he was not protected form falling to the ground.  The fall hazard was about 9 feet and the pitch of the roof was 4 in 12.

29 CFR  1926.503(c):The employer did not retrain affected employees  who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate  understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section:  (a)  Jobsite:  On or about November 16, 2021, the employer needs to retrain his employees in how and when to use fall protection when working in residential construction.
