29 CFR  1910.145(c)(3):Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s):  a) DecraMold Department (Building 1):  On November 18, 2021 and at times prior thereto, safety warning signs were not maintained.  Signs, in a language all workers can understand, were not present instructing workers to keep hands clear when running, and to lock out before reaching in to hazardous machinery.

29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy:  a) DecraMold Department (Building 1): On November 18, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the "Lockout Tag Out Procedure" for the Precision Mechanical Drive Cut Off saw did not contain specific information to include the scope, purpose and intended use of the procedure to control hazardous energy when unjamming the machine, thus exposing the employee to the unexpected energization or startup of the equipment or release of hazardous energy.
