29 CFR  1910.213(b)(5): On each machine operated by electric motors, positive means were not provided for rendering such controls or devices inoperative while repairs or adjustments are being made to the machines they control   a) At the facility located at: 128 Beach Timber Road, Alma, Georgia, on or about November 22, 2021, the employer exposed employees to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that a positive means to render the device inoperable was not provided when employees were making adjustments to the board edger operation.
