29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about November 30, 2021, fire extinguishers in multiple locations in the fabrication building were blocked and not readily accessible to employees. Instance A) East side of the bay blocked by welding unit. Instance B) Main Bay in front of FA-10 and Lincoln Electrical box, behind stationary welding unit.
